Rental terms and conditions

1. 1The minimum age for renters is 17.
2. 2The vehicle must be driven by a driver holding a SIM A licence.
3. 3Vehicles provided are no more than 3 years old.
4. 4For the vehicle handover at the start of the rental, the renter agrees either to collect the vehicle at the designated location or to have it delivered to the renter's location (at an additional charge), as per the rental agreement.
5. 5For the vehicle handover at the end of the rental, the renter agrees either to return the vehicle to the designated location or to have it collected from the renter's location (at an additional charge), as per the rental agreement.
6. 6The renter must keep the rented vehicle in good condition and clean, both inside and out.
7. 7If the vehicle is involved in an accident, theft, damage or a traffic ticket during the rental, the renter must report it to Indorent.
8. 8If the vehicle is involved in an accident, theft or damage during the rental, the renter is responsible for all costs incurred (e.g. insurance claims, fees for dealing with the authorities).
9. 9For any traffic ticket (ETLE or non-ETLE), the renter is responsible for all costs arising from it.
10. 10The vehicle registration certificate (STNK) must be returned at the end of the rental. If the STNK is lost during the rental, the renter is responsible for all costs of replacing the document.
